Since its inception in 2015, the “Home: A Gift” project by the Trivandrum Social Service Society (TSSS) has been a beacon of hope for hundreds of families in need. Through its tireless efforts, TSSS has not only provided shelter but also transformed lives, demonstrating the profound impact of humanitarian initiatives.
Over the years, the project has achieved significant milestones, including the construction of over 300 houses and the completion of 500 toilets. Additionally, more than 30 houses have been renovated, breathing new life into dilapidated dwellings and ensuring safer, more comfortable living conditions for residents.
In 2022, the project entered its fifth phase, marking yet another chapter in TSSS’s commitment to addressing housing insecurity in the community. As part of this phase, 35 houses were successfully built, further expanding the initiative’s reach and impact.
